Global Tuber Hub

Privacy Policy

Global Tuber Hub sets out the following handling of information on the Global Tuber Hub website and in the Global Tuber software.

Official name: Global Tuber Hub Last updated: 2026-05-22

1. Operator, Site, and Information Collected

  • Operator: Global Tuber Hub.
  • Location: Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan.
  • Normal pages on this site are static pages. Only the contact form part uses Contact Form 7.
  • We may receive the name, email address, message content, logs, screenshots, settings, and error details that users voluntarily send for support.
  • We may process the email address, license key, order number, purchase status, and YouTube channel ID needed for licensing, free trials, and purchases.
  • API keys, OAuth credentials, tokens, settings files, work files, and output files are normally stored on the user's PC and are not continuously collected unless the user voluntarily sends them.

2. Purposes, YouTube API Services, and Google API

  • We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service, confirm licenses and purchases, respond to support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or external service requirements.
  • The software may use YouTube API Services, Google API, and YouTube Data API according to the user's instructions.
  • These features may get, create, update, or send information related to the selected Google account and YouTube channel, including videos, titles, descriptions, subtitles, and channel information.
  • We do not collect the YouTube login password. Use and transfer of information obtained from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
  • Users can revoke access in their Google account settings or delete config\token.json to require re-authentication.

3. Translation, Payments, and Third Parties

  • When translation is used, titles, descriptions, subtitles, channel information, and other text may be sent to the selected translation service. If DeepL API is used, the data is processed by the service of DeepL SE.
  • When a paid license is purchased through a payment service, name, email address, address, payment method, orders, taxes, receipts, and billing information may be processed in the payment provider's system.
  • We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except when necessary for service features, external services used by the user, support, email, site operation, payment, license management, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or security incidents.

4. Retention, Security, Rights, and Cookies

  • We keep information for the period necessary for support, license management, abuse prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Logs and screenshots sent for support are used for investigation and deleted when no longer needed.
  • Users manage and delete locally stored API keys, OAuth credentials, tokens, work files, and output files themselves. Do not share API keys, config\client_secret.json, config\token.json, license keys, channel account information, or personal information.
  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information held by us through the contact form.
  • The site may use cookies for display, contact forms, security, and access checks. Merely viewing static pages does not collect payment information, API keys, OAuth credentials, tokens, work files, or output files.
  • Global Tuber Hub uses Google Analytics as a required analytics tool from the initial public release to understand access status, operate the site, and improve display quality. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect page-view information, device and browser information, and approximate location information. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable Google Analytics. Optional cookies are used for advertising, marketing, behavior analysis, and additional improvement measurement.
