1. Ownership
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the software, included files, documentation, samples, updates, fixes, license keys, and related materials belong to us or the rightful owners.
The software is licensed under this agreement and is not sold. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
2. License
- One license is required for each YouTube channel ID.
- The same user may use the software on multiple computers only for the same YouTube channel ID.
- A separate license is required for a different YouTube channel ID.
- After a paid license is purchased, the YouTube channel ID cannot be changed.
- You may not transfer, share, resell, rent, publish, or redistribute a license key.
3. Free Trial and Paid Version
- You may try the software free of charge for 30 days for one YouTube channel ID.
- The paid version may become available after 21 days from the start of the free trial.
- A paid license is a one-time purchase and the normal right to use it has no fixed expiration date.
- Updates, fixes, support, new features, and responses to external service changes are not guaranteed indefinitely.
4. Prohibited Acts
You must not do any of the following.
- Sell, lend, lease, transfer, sublicense, resell, or distribute the software without permission.
- Modify the software, create derivative works, or incorporate it into other products or services without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, analyze, decrypt, or bypass authentication.
- Publish, share, sell, distribute, or use license keys, authentication methods, signature methods, license-key generation methods, or any method to bypass them.
- Use the software for illegal acts, rights infringement, unauthorized access, spam, false statements, impersonation, or purposes that violate external service terms.
- Give a software folder containing API keys, OAuth credentials, tokens, license keys, channel account information, or personal information to a third party, or place it in shared folders or public storage.
- Use the software for a YouTube channel that you do not own or do not have proper authority to manage.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for securing the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for content that you process, translate, create, upload, publish, or store with the software.
- You are responsible for managing, protecting, and backing up your YouTube channel, Google account, DeepL account, API keys, OAuth credentials, license keys, work files, and output files.
- Before publishing, you must check titles, descriptions, subtitles, channel information, upload data, and other output for content, rights, accuracy, display results, character limits, language, and metadata.
- The DeepL character count is approximate. We do not guarantee or accept responsibility for the accuracy of character counts shown or saved by the software. For exact character usage, remaining allowance, and billable character counts, you must log in to DeepL and check them there.
- Do not use unknown Google OAuth credentials, API keys, tokens, license keys, or setting folders received from third parties.
6. External Services
- The software may work with YouTube, Google API, YouTube Data API, DeepL API, translation services, payment services, and other third-party services.
- We do not operate those external services and are not responsible for their specifications, fees, terms, review, quotas, restrictions, suspension, outages, changes, or discontinuation.
- Changes to external services, terms, outages, API restrictions, or expired authentication may make part or all of the software unavailable.
- We are not responsible if use of the software or its results leads to suspension, deletion, restrictions, warnings, video removal, monetization suspension, reduced revenue, API suspension, or other measures affecting a YouTube channel or Google account.
7. Data and Privacy
- When you use translation features, text or file contents to be translated may be sent to the selected translation service.
- When you use YouTube API features, channel, video, subtitle, title, description, and related data may be processed through Google or YouTube APIs.
- If you process confidential information, personal information, third-party rights, or non-public information with the software, check the destination, storage location, publication scope, and external service terms in advance.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The software is provided as is. We do not guarantee continuous operation, uninterrupted use, error-free operation, permanent compatibility with external services, translation accuracy, display or review results on YouTube, publication results, monetization, views, search rankings, or business results.
We are not responsible for damage arising from use or inability to use the software, external service changes, outages, failures, API restrictions, translation results, upload results, data loss, setting errors, expired authentication, YouTube channel operation issues, lost profits, business interruption, third-party claims, or other losses.
9. Breach, Changes, and Contact
- If you violate this agreement, we may suspend or restrict your use of the software.
- We may change this agreement due to legal changes, external service changes, feature changes, sales method changes, security needs, or operational reasons.
- For software terms, licenses, support, operation, or defects, use the support contact separately designated by us. For payments, taxes, order information, receipts, and billing information, check the guidance from the payment service used for purchase.
